If you like the Coen Brothers (and I love the Coen Brothers) here's a wonderfully edited YouTube video cutting together clips from their first 12 features (the video was made before Burn After Reading and A Serious Man).
A blog mostly dedicated to cinema (including both new and old film reviews; commentary; and as the URL suggests - movie lists, although it has been lacking in this area to be honest), but on occasion touching on other areas of personal interest to me.

ReplyDeleteIt's not my favorite Coen Bros. film, but I certainly enjoyed it. Much more so the second time around, actually.
I can understand why you might have found it laborious. You should hear the Coens interviewed! I suppose if you've seen it you're not a fan of their Barton Fink - slow as molasses but probably in their top 3 films as far as I'm concerned.
